Gift Voucher Policy

These Voucher Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all vouchers issued by Good Company Bar Group (“GCBG”) (“Voucher”, “you”, “your”). By purchasing, receiving, or using a Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms

1.1 A Voucher entitles the bearer to redeem its monetary value towards food and/or beverage purchases at GCBG businesses only.

1.2 Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, tips, gratuities, or used to settle outstanding balances not associated with eligible food or beverage purchases.

1.3 Vouchers may not be used to purchase other vouchers or redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.

2.1 Every Voucher will carry an issue date. Unless otherwise stated at time of issue, the Voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

2.2 After the expiry date, any unused balance becomes void and will not be honoured or refunded..

3.1 To redeem a Voucher, you must present the physical or digital Voucher at the time of purchase. Vouchers not presented at the time of purchase may be declined.

3.2 Vouchers may be used in part or in full. If the purchase total is less than the Voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the Voucher for future use (until expiry). If the purchase total exceeds the Voucher value, the difference must be paid via another accepted payment method.

3.2 Vouchers may only be redeemed at GCBG business locations specified at the time of issue and only for goods and services available at that time.

4.1 Unless otherwise stated, Vouchers are non-transferable and issued to the purchaser/recipient named on the Voucher. Resale, trade, or transfer of the Voucher to another party without GCBG’s prior consent is prohibited.

5.1 Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

5.2 All sales of Vouchers are final. Once purchased, the Voucher cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

6.1 Treat the Voucher as you would cash. GCBG is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Vouchers. If a Voucher is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or refunded.

7.1 GCBG reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Voucher (or these Terms) at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms.

7.2 In the event of cancellation or modification, GCBG will exercise reasonable commercial judgment and will notify the holder via email or by updating the Terms on its website. Continued use of a Voucher after any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8.1 If the Voucher is being used towards a booking, table reservation, event, or special menu at GCBG businesses, bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Voucher redemption under such circumstances must comply with GCBG’s standard booking and cancellation policy (where applicable).

8.2 In the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (as per the booking policy), the Voucher may be forfeited or considered redeemed.
