In 2018, the collective expertise of Nick Young, Ben White, and Antony Beltrame joined to create a series of small bars along Chapel Street, laying the groundwork for what would blossom into the Good Company Bar Group by 2020.

Comprising a dynamic team of seasoned hospitality professionals and innovative entrepreneurs, they share a cohesive vision, meticulous attention to detail, and a passionate devotion to growing Melbourne's lively hospitality scene. Their diverse experiences span across various roles and venues, including as artists and venue managers, enriching their approach to hospitality management.

The Good Company Bar Group has since experienced growth spurt, establishing itself in Melbourne's hospitality and nightlife sectors. With a portfolio that includes 10 bespoke venues across the Windsor, St Kilda, Melbourne CBD Prahran, and South Yarra districts, the group offers an eclectic mix of bars, world-class nightclubs, and unique restaurants, catering to a wide array of preferences.

Today, the Good Company Bar Group is proud to employ over 300 dedicated team members and collaborates with more than 100 artists, DJs, and designers every week, fostering a vibrant community within its venues and through its events. The group operates from a central headquarters in Prahran, supplemented by satellite offices across key locations, with operations, reservations, marketing, social media and design efforts.
